Hello!

School is officially out, and I’m
technically a 7
th grader now! I slept over Alissa’s house Thursday (last night), and we pulled an “all-nighter.”

We ding-dong-ditched all these houses, and this one house this guy was
sitting in his yard. My friend Tyler was busting butt to get out of there, and we ran across this
huge stretch of desert towards my old school, Darnell.

We made it and started walking back through the streets, but it was getting really dark out and we were
freaking out because we couldn’t see the end of the street and my friend Fantasia was like, “Oh my God. I see black fog rolling towards us!” Screaming like
crazy, we took off towards Alissa’s house…
IT WAS SO MUCH FUNNNN!!

I like
this guy
named
Brenan.
He’s different
and fun
and nice
and sweet
and caring
sometimes.
But
I don’t
think
he likes
me.
My friends
think
I should
tell him
I like
him.
I don’t.
It’s a
private matter.
Why should
he know?
I think
I should keep it
to myself.
Should I?
It’s the
last day
of
school.
Whenever
I’m near
him,
I’m
f l o a t i n g …
So why
do I feel
like he
shouldn’t
know.
I’m
shy
scared.
Will he
say,
“No.”
Will he
say
“Me, too.”
Will he
laugh?
I will be

I can’t
do
it.
Forget it.
It’s done.
It’s over
decided
finished.
Should
I
be
b r a v e?
Should I
a s k?
Yes.
No.
Yes.
No.
Yes.
I feel like
I’m picking
petals
off flowers.
Yes…
No…
Yes…
No…
I think
it’s for
my
dreams
to d e c i d e.

It’s not like I have anything against Pulse, but I’ve found something even more entertaining to me: The Keepers
. I have to write what I came up with, or I swear I will go insane…
Jordan is your average, everyday, sixteen-year-old girl, hoping for some life-changing event to happen. For example: getting one of her strange, murder-centered stories published. Those murder-centered stories all resemble the brutal murder-related death of her father, who left her haunted by his story. And now, after writing nearly fifteen different stories somewhat related to her father’s death, she’s starting to have dreams about all those characters…Every dream seems so real, like she could imagine the character being a real person.
After the first dream, a 14-year-old girl dies the same death as the fourteen-year-old girl in Jordan’s first story. And then, every night is a new dream, with the same beginning: the wooden door with gold lettering, always giving away the the title of the story.
Elizabeth, her sister, notices it, too, and is starting to get very suspicious of her sister…especially since she can recite the story word for word.
I’ll be making edits to the summary, since some of the grammar is a bit error-erratic.
It’s ookay.
Love,
Sydney

I have a cast on now, so I’ve been typing a lot more.
I’m currently working on Pulse‘s first chapter; I’ve decided that, before the chapter starts, there will be a quick story about the death of number here. Why? Because that will explain to the reader what the character won’t figure out till the end, which’ll leave you mad when different people are accused of the death of The List inhabitants.
; I’m thinkin’ over here. Anyways, after that, there will be the entire list – 1-25 – of the people who are predicted to murder. Each person who’s died is striked through, letting the reader know who has died already.
. Anywho, the first person (#25) is Michelle Marshall; Jannette’s sister. Here is the official list (with Michelle crossed off):
25. Michelle Marshall
24. Laura Casing
23. Eric Densen
22. Michael Ray
21. Allison Cay
20. Charlotte Burns
19. Clary Rise
18. Dexter Lave
17. Eva Le
16. Jenny Rash
15. Aaron Cast
14. Marshall Erickson
13. Mason Lars
12. Autumn Play
11. Christine Sara
10. Gary Beck
9. Tristan Cashwell
8. Gregory Gomez
7. Ryan Brush
6. Lila Harveste
5. Rachael Mirrors
4. Kristy Love
3. Phil Dave
2. Elijah Clack
1. Jannett Marshall
I can assure you that this is the official list; no changes.

I broke my arm; no, I broke my wrist, which means writing anything is on hold. ): I’m so sad, but here goes some crap for you:
♥PULSE
There’s nothing I can do.
I can feel my pulse thrumming in my ears.
I can feel the frightening feeling of knowing I’m
being chased.
I can’t
get away.
Here,
my pulse has quickened
as the
murderer
catches up.
Jannett Marshall has returned to school after her sister’s tragic car accident, which left her seventeen-year-old sister, Michell, dead. But the school is in chaos: there is a list of 25 students on the wall, numbers 25, 24, 23, and 22 are all crossed off.
They’re all dead–murdered, overdose, accidents, or suicides.
The names? Eric Densen, Michael Ray, Laura Casing, and Michell Marshall.
But it doesn’t stop there. Throughout the year, the list of teenagers dwindles as each kid dies in one way or another. Jannette’s pulse quickens when her name is number one, and it doesn’t stop as the last teen on the list is murdered. Determined to find out what’s behind this, Jannette’s life is in danger as the puzzle is put together and the man behind the list comes after her.
I can’t wait to get this started!
